Five years of inbox inflation, AI-generated spam, and stricter spam filters have made the old "spray and pray" playbook not just useless but actively harmful to your domain. Let me show you the new numbers, then build the system that works inside them. ## What the data actually shows The FullSend 2025 Cold Email Benchmark Report analysed tens of millions of B2B emails across 27 industries.
