These Terms govern your use of the Unloopd website at unloopd.com and the digital products sold through it. By using the site or buying a book, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

Unloopd Press publishes short digital books (PDF format) and downloadable template packs. Each book is licensed under the Unloopd License. We do not sell physical books. We do not sell courses. We do not host coaching.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed per book and in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe (or a successor processor). Sales tax is added where required by law. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the moment of purchase is locked in.

3. Delivery

After payment clears, we deliver the PDF and template pack to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is normally within 60 seconds. If you don't see the email, check spam, then email hello@unloopd.com.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window. If the book didn't deliver what the description promised, email hello@unloopd.com with your order ID. We refund without questions for the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. License

Buying a book grants you a single-operator license. See the full license terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the book or its templates.

6. Disclaimer

The books are educational. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. The examples and case studies are real, but the results you get will depend on your own situation. Nothing in the books is a guarantee of revenue, customers, or outcomes.

7. Account and acceptable use

The site does not require an account to buy. If you contact us or join the email list, you agree not to abuse those channels. No spam, no scraping, no resale of our email list.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be announced to active customers by email.
