All sales are final on digital products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (ebooks). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download.

Why we have this policy

Digital products are non-returnable by nature. Unlike physical goods, a downloaded file cannot be given back. To ensure fairness to all customers, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist you in the following cases:

• Technical issue — if you cannot access or download your file after purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resend your file or resolve the issue.
• Duplicate purchase — if you were charged twice for the same product by error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
